We work to set up QuickBooks for payroll, prepare all forms required for the IRS and State allowing submission of electronic payments and reports as required by the agencies. We prepare the payroll, provide the client with paystubs to pay employees and provide notice to our client of payroll taxes to be paid and the date the payments will be withheld from their account. Quarterly and Annual reports are prepared and filed with IRS and State. W-2’s are prepared and provided to employer before the January 31’st deadline and the W-3 is filed with the Social Security Admin.
